Islands Hospice Levels of Care
Islands Hospice provides support to individuals and families wherever they call home. This can include a patient’s home or apartment, inpatient unit, nursing home, assisted living facility, friend or relative’s house, or one of our hospice homes on O‘ahu or Maui.
Respite
Short-term relief for in-home care givers.
Inpatient Care
Short-term general care for patients during a hospital stay.
Continuous Care
Short-term pain or symptom management usually provided in the home.
Routine Home Care
The most common level of hospice care, usually provided in the home.
