Webinar: Coping with Grief During the Holidays
While the holidays are a time of joy and gatherings, this time of the year can be especially difficult for people grieving the loss of a loved one. In this webinar, Chaplain Patrick Rooney of Islands Hospice shares practical advice to help navigate the holiday season while coping with grief.
Why consider a grief support group?
A grief support group offers fellowship and understanding from others who have experienced a loss and are facing similar challenges. Support groups provide a safe place to share honestly, care for and support one another, and find strength in addressing our emotions.
